Boat Ticket Services
Fares & Age Category (Boat Ticket)
• Adult: 12 years old and above
• Child: 1 – 11 years old (charged as passenger)
• Infant: Below 1 year old (Free)
Booking & Availibility
• Booking is confirmed after full payment is received.
• Please present your Confirmation Ticket during check-in.
• Walk-in passengers are welcome, subject to seat availability.
Check-in & Boarding
• Passengers are advised to check-in at Merang Jetty or the island jetty at least 30 minutes before departure.
• Passengers arriving late may miss the boat and will be considered as No Show.
• If the boat is missed, new tickets may be purchased for the next departure (subject to availability).
Cancellation & Amendment Policy
• Boat tickets are non-refundable once booking is confirmed.
• Date change is allowed at least 3 days before departure, subject to seat availability.
• Changes are not allowed within 3 days of departure.
• No refund for No Show cases.
Weather & Sea Conditions
• Boat departures are subject to sea, weather and safety conditions.
• If a trip is cancelled due to safety reasons, passengers may choose to reschedule or request a refund.
Safety & Personal Belongings
• Passengers are encouraged to follow all safety instructions during the boat ride.
• Please take good care of personal belongings throughout the trip.
• All passengers are required to wear life jackets during the journey.
Daytrip Services
Fares & Age Category (Day Trip)
• Adult: 12 years old and above
• Child: 4 – 11 years old
• Infant: 1 – 3 years old (chargeable)
Booking & Availability
• Booking is confirmed after full payment is received.
• Please present your Confirmation Ticket during registration.
• Walk-in guests are welcome, subject to availability.
Arrival & Registration
• Guests are advised to arrive at Merang Jetty at least 30 minutes before departure.
• Late arrival may result in missing the trip and will be considered as No Show.
Cancellation & Amendment Policy
• Day Trip bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
• Date change is allowed at least 3 days before the trip date, subject to availability.
• Changes are not allowed within 3 days of the trip.
• No refund for No Show cases.
Snorkeling & Activity Safety
• Guests are encouraged to follow all safety instructions provided by the crew.
• Life jackets must be worn during snorkeling and boat rides.
• Children must be under the supervision of parents or guardians at all times.
Weather, Sea & Itinerary
• The trip schedule and itinerary may be adjusted depending on sea and weather conditions for safety purposes.
• If the trip is cancelled due to safety reasons, guests may choose to reschedule or request a refund.
Personal Belongings
• Please take good care of personal belongings throughout the trip.
